Anger Management
Everyone gets angry, but not everyone knows how to manage it. If you feel that your anger is out of control, if it is having an impact on your relationships and on important parts of your life, you might consider counseling to learn how to handle it better.

Anxiety
We all experience anxiety or worry at times. When anxiety becomes overwhelming, it can be hard to function at all. With proper support, many people learn to dramatically reduce the intensity of anxiety to a more comfortable level.

Assertiveness Training
Are you passive in various aspects of your life? Does it seem like people just don’t listen to you? Or, are you aggressive and take charge no matter whom or what is in your way? Possibly, even both? Our Coach can teach you how to assert yourself in a way that gets your needs met and encourages people to respect you.

Communication Skills
Effective communication is one of the most powerful tools a person can posses. Without this skill, it is difficult to have any type of fulfilling and rewarding relationship. With them, your life can be filled with meaning and success.

Depression
We all experience sadness. But there are times when we experience sadness or hopelessness for more than a couple of weeks. Depression is highly treatable, and many people learn to cope with depression and again live meaningful lives.

Life Transitions
Life transitions such as divorce, termination of a relationship, relocation, losing or changing employment, a change in our health status, or even loss and death of someone we love all have significant emotional impacts. Managing life-altering transitions is possible, and it is something we can do well with guidance and support.
